What to expect
This time of year is when we begin to experience more life force and creative energy within our minds and body. Spring is considered to be the season of action and welcomes this energy shift with nature emerging from hibernation. There will be workshops in gaining clarity in your heart’s desire, and vision board what you’d like to manifest. Start to take action to create the life you want.
Move and stretch your body, build up your inner fire – your drive and motivation.
Enjoy mindful nature walks through the Brecon Beacons National Park, slow flow yoga and Restorative Pilates practice, meditation and releasing visualisation, and of course the space to fully immerse yourself into your authentic self. Food shall be nourishing and balanced, plant-based vegetarian/vegan meals, accommodation has a 5-star rating, and some downtime to have time to yourself, book a treatment or do a bit of sightseeing.
