Come along as a single or part of a group of friends or family members. We will do our best to accommodate your preference. Our ethos is inclusive with an aim to provide a communal atmosphere.

Whilst on this day retreat you’ll learn about Intuitive eating and leading an Intuitive lifestyle guiding you through 10 simple steps.
- There are no ‘bad’ foods. Enjoy food without shame or guilt.

Overview –
Each Retreat will have its own theme to coincide perfectly with what is happening all around us in nature.
Reflective thinking is the process of reflecting on one’s emotions, feelings, experiences, reactions, and knowledge, creating connections between them, which leads to learning. In reflective thinking, you have to consciously think about and analyse what you are doing now, what you have done previously, what you have experienced, what you have learned, and how you have learned it. Inner work is awareness of our awareness of our knowledge, assumptions, and past experiences. It’s our past experiences and learning that make the context of our thoughts. We can then see patterns, release ourselves from triggers and old coping mechanisms that we don’t benefit from, and set a new more aware way going forwards.
Gain clarity on yourself, look inwards and decide what you wish to release and let go, through well-being workshops, mindful nature walks through the Brecon Beacons National Park, slow flow yoga and Restorative Pilates practice, meditation and releasing visualisation, and of course the space to fully immerse yourself into your authentic self. Food shall be nourishing and balanced, plant based vegetarian/vegan meals, accommodation has a 5 star rating, and some downtime to have time to yourself, book a treatment or do a bit of sightseeing.

Incorporating breathwork and cold exposure into my daily routine helped me to regain my vitality, and mental clarity, and ultimately inspired me to become a certified instructor.
My workshops are designed to introduce participants to the WHM, as well as my own unique perspective on the mind body connection. By creating a supportive environment for participants to explore their own consciousness and reduce stress. I aim to help individuals unlock their full potential and achieve optimal health and well-being.
