Reflective thinking is the process of reflecting on one’s emotions, feelings, experiences, reactions, and knowledge, creating connections between them, which leads to learning. In reflective thinking, you have to consciously think about and analyse what you are doing now, what you have done previously, what you have experienced, what you have learned, and how you have learned it. Gain clarity on yourself, look inwards and decide what you wish to release and let go, through well-being workshops, mindful autumnal nature walks through the Brecon Beacons National Park, slow flow yoga and Restorative Pilates practice, meditation and releasing visualisation, and of course the space to fully immerse yourself into your authentic self.
