Gain clarity on yourself, look inwards and decide what you wish to release and let go, through well-being workshops, mindful nature walks through the Brecon Beacons National Park, slow flow yoga and Restorative Pilates practice, meditation and releasing visualisation, and of course the space to fully immerse yourself into your authentic self. Food shall be nourishing and balanced, plant based vegetarian/vegan meals, accommodation has a 5 star rating, and some downtime to have time to yourself, book a treatment or do a bit of sightseeing..
What to look forward to:
- Yoga practice. Moon and Sun Salutations, slow flow somatic release and Yin.
- Restorative Pilates
- Guided walks to reconnect to nature in the stunning Brecon Beacons National Park.
- Evening meditation. Breath work, sound baths, workshops and time to relax
- Season Food, Alkalising Plant Based meals, for a gentle detox as part of our wellness retreats.
