Wellness Retreat – 4 Day – ‘Bloom’ Be Your Authentic Self (May 4th – May 7th)
What to expect
Flowers bloom in nature, especially during this time of year, and people can also bloom into an expanded and newer more authentic version of themselves. How to Bloom into the Best Version of Yourself – Focus on growth, and use your energy to grow. To blossom like a flower means to thrive in life. Gain clarity on what you need, what you want and who you are, on your boundaries, your love language and needs in relationships, your inner world self-beliefs, and your perspectives + filters.
Enjoy mindful nature walks through the Brecon Beacons National Park, slow flow yoga and Restorative Pilates practice, meditation and releasing visualisation, and of course the space to fully immerse yourself into your authentic self. Food shall be nourishing and balanced, plant-based vegetarian/vegan meals, accommodation has a 5-star rating, and some downtime to have time to yourself, book a treatment or do a bit of sightseeing.
What to look forward to:
- Yoga practice. Invigorating Vinyasa, flow, Pilates and peaceful Yin.
- Guided walks in the stunning Brecon Beacons National Park.
- Evening meditation. Breathwork.
- Alkalising Plant Based food (for a gentle detox as part of our wellness retreats).
